As an Admin and Accounting Officer, you will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day clerical and administrative duties, logistics, government office compliance, and submission of inventory and reportorial to the manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day business operation.
Ensures on-time completion of clerical and administrative tasks.Provides administrative support to all office employees, including managing their assets and supplies requirements.Ensures that office is clean and organized.Keeps a registry of all company business co
ntacts and communication with vendors/service providers.Mo
nitor and coordinate with suppliers and service providers for all the necessary transactions needed in support of the business operation.Process hotel, flight, and car rental booking as requested by the operations.Process the shipment of docu
ments local or abroad through courier providers.Manages the sending of billings and collection procedure with client.Maintains accounting docu
ments, records, and files.Assists on the renewal and payment of business permits quarterly.Executes payments and draft invoices.Deals with petty cash and company budget.Prepare mo
nthly payroll every 15th and 30th of the mo
nthRemits government mandatory benefits like SSS, Philhealth and Pag-ibigMo
nitor BIR Tax Filings and Business Permit Renewal performed by third-party accounting service provider.Performs other related duties as required.
Main requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Administration or Accounting related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in Administration with Basic Accounting TasksExcellent oral and written communication skills in EnglishVery good knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially ExcelEnergetic, positive and team player with strong organizatio
