Job Description

Financial & Compliance Analyst

Duties and responsibilities

Extract and prepare the report of all cash receipts in PH. Then, distribute to field members for receipt issuanceRegular update of Unidentified cash to ensure that receipts are reallocated on timePerform other admin task to provide guidance and direction to field membersConducts daily huddle to properly monitor the area and location covered of each field memberSupport in the report requirements for tax filingDaily visit on the covered Centre locationEnsure proper issuance of official receipt to customersMonitoring of Collection receipt list with the payment details and OR number to ensure that payment details are updated on timeProper documentation and filing of official receipts and WHT certificate both soft and hard copies

Qualifications

CPAAt least 2-3 years of experience in tax compliance and/or tax reportingProficient in MS applicationsStrong communication skills – written and verbalAble to prioritize tasks, manage issues and produce results in a timely mannerHighly analyticalCan work well under pressure and with minimal supervisionTeam player
