Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/ Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.Required language(s): English, FilipinoAt least 2 (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.Prepares BIR Form 2307 or Certificate of Creditable Tax Withheld at Source;Prepares summary list of purchases, VAT relief, etc. on a timely basis;Prepares request for funding;Prepares payroll computation for corporate office employees’ payroll timely and accurately;Prepares pay slips and answers employee’s salary related inquiries;Prepares last pay computation and quit claims for resigned employees;Monitoring of leave credits and leave applications;Handles the SSS contribution, employees salary loan, maternity benefits and others;Updates and safekeeping of employee’s 201 files;Prepares BIR Form 2316 or Certificate of Compensation Payment/Tax Withheld. Issues BIR Form 2316 on or before January 31 of the succeeding to all employees or upon release of last pay to resigned or separated employees;Responsible for data entry, processing and recording transactionsPrepares schedule of input VAT for other business units;Encodes voucher, fund transfer and petty cash fund voucher in the accounting system for the Group;Prepares bank reconciliations for the Group;Assists the Group Accountant in the preparation of end audit schedules;Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and continuing professional education;Files important documents and ensures fast retrieval when needed;Protects organization's value by keeping information ;Performs others tasks as assigned by Management from time to time.
