Job DescriptionBasic Functions:For Accounting Assistant:Preparation of monthly closing reports.Weekly preparation of SE commission.Posting and integration of sales invoice.Monthly reconciliation of VSMD accounts.For Branch Accountant:Supervise Accounting Team and Works closely with the operations team as back office supportManage month-end closing which includes review of entries, account recon and consolidation of Branch Report.Leads in the implementation of controls and initiate process, review/improvement.Mentor/ Teach/Review works of associate.Qualifications:Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.CPA for branch accountantAt least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position.Computer Literate (Microsoft Office)Excellent interpersonal relations skills.Fresh Graduate are welcome to applyWilling to be assigned at our South Mambaling Branch and Maguikay Mandaue City Branch.Open Branch Accountant for Cagayan De Oro City.
