· Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the phone.
· Assisting clients with their concerns & needs.
· Take and relay messages to the concerned person.
· Attends to all inquiries thru email, phone & walk-in clients.
· Assigning inquiries to Sales
· Encoding all inquiries for database purposes.
· Provide general administrative and clerical support.
· Maintains a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
· Responsible for the security, monitoring & inventory of all the devices in the showroom.
