Job Description

1.      Ensure complete manpower schedule to OCS at all times

2.      Ensure 100% correct quantity in product, box, packs and kilos loaded to the truck for withdrawal transactions.

3.      Monitor FIFO/FEFO system for issuance to all customers.

4.      Monitor incoming booking of products to OCS

5.      Daily update status for outbound transaction

o   Update in dispatched

o   Update in backload and transfer

6.      Report any variances for short or over received from source plant or deviation report

7.      Create deviation report for incidents during receiving and withdrawal

8.      Coordinate concerns of OCS to Dressing plant

9.      Create delivery receipt and stocks transfer slip.

Job Requirements:

At least College GraduateComputer LiterateWith Experience in Microsoft Office , Word, Excels, Power points etc.Can Handle Pressure
