Summary:
Oversees the smooth flow of the Team’s various workflows and processes. Areas of responsibilities are office administration, handling of records and files, purchasing and stock management for the Team, and other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

ndences given by the immediate supervisor. Ensures to send them out on time with the correspo
nding acknowledgment receipt received and filed accordingly.Improve workflow and processes by introducing digital platforms as necessaryManage the Company’s website and databa
sesReceives and process telephone calls. Handle clients’ phone inquiries.Maintains records and docu

es the inventory of all the company properties (i.e. office equipment and machine, furniture and fixtures, consumables).Receives and ascertains all items/supplies delivered by the suppliers are in good co

Qualifications:
Experience: At least 5 years related work as team or executive assistant supporting multiple staffEducation: Graduate of any bachelor’s degreeCompetencies / Skills: Proficient in MS Offices, Sharepoint, Website management; Technology savvy; Good communications skillsOthers: Good behavior and personality
