JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the prompt, complete and accurate handling of various products and services of FCDU and Remittance Departments including deposits/withdrawals to/from US Dollar and EURO Time Deposit Accounts, set-up of client’s account, checking of interest and closing of the account and posting of the account through the Finacle Core Banking System with the support and direction of the department head to ensure delivery of services with targeted productivity and service quality levels
with strict adherence to control procedures in compliance with internal and external rules and regulations while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.Knowledge and Skills Required: Good communication skills, Excellent typing ability, computer literate in Word, Excel and Macros (an advantage).No work experience required.Full-Time position(s) available.
