Development and maintenance of accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate recording.Management of Accounting Unit; structuring of accounting procedures for effectiveness and efficiency.Proper work/task allocations for a complete, timely and accurate completion of tasks. Address tight deadlines in a multitude of accounting activities particularly general ledger preparationPlan and implement support activities pertinent to year-end audit preparation, budget and forecast activities.Complete, timely, and accurate preparation of financial statements.Effectiveness and efficiency in the compliance of government regulations (BIR, SEC, Local governments) Accuracy in product costing and adjusting entries.Up-to-date and accurate bank reconciliations.Efficient preparation of Company and Individual Income Taxes.
