Job Description

Retail Activation •

JB1 (Retail Activation Plan) & NPD readiness database maintenance VM & TRADE OPS - ADMIN WORK

• R&M consolidation from retail team

• Monthly staging & promo visual (KV, POSM, strips)

• Special staging & promo visual (store dress-up & special structure)

• Merchandising for new counters (visuals, CAPEX structures, components)

• Merchandising for new dress-ups WIPC/Comm PH (visuals, non-CAPEX structures) • Visual updates for WIPC/Comm PH

• Request For Quotation, PO, GR of all Trade Marketing & Merchandising campaigns.

• Merchandising deployment coordination from supplier to Stargate (Fixed Assets) Merchandising deployment coordination from supplier to Stargate (Staging POS)

• Warehouse Inventory Monitoring (Fixed Assets)

• Delivery Timelines/Official Quotation – PMG and STARGATE

• Deployment and Production Tracker Maintenance Rework

• Product Rework - CE Request creation for recurring, FDR, POS Health Level Updates (in accordance to LogComm Meetings)

• Helps PM with any VAS related flags

• Visual Guidelines/ BOM Rework/ FDR/ CE Creation for Recurring

• End to end experience in production and logistics management

• Previous experience working with various print materials (C2S, stickers, backlit etc) and know specifications of each material

• Has working knowledge in production timelines and pricing to be able to effectively negotiate with agency

• Aware with material limitations (dimensions) and grammage (gsm) as it helps a lot in determining which material best suits the requirement

• Has strong negotiating skills and can influence internal & external partners to deliver results

• Willing to work under pressure, extended working hours or weekend if needed

• Knowledge in budgeting and material price matrix (preferred but not required)
