Position Summary: Responsible to provide general patient care/ first aid to employees when required, assess employee health risks, and promote employee health.Responsible for providing general administrative support to the organization through efficient performance of these various support functions. These functions have to be performed in a manner consistent to the values and ethical standards of the organization ensuring a positive image of the office and officers the incumbent represents. Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities: A.Patient Care:Provide outpatient clinic consultation to all employees of the COMPANY seeking medical attention where he/she is assigned.Provide treatment for occupational injuries and illnesses under the direction of a physician.Provide competent nursing care for minor non-occupational illness and injuries in accordance with Medical Standing Orders. Refer to a personal physician when subsequent treatment is indicated.B. Recording,Reporting, and Supplies Management: 1. Maintain complete, up-to-date and accurate clinic records of the employees. 2. Preparation and coordination for the submission of statutory reports EHS 3. Monitor and document work-related injuries and report to EHS.C. Health Programs: 1. Assist and participate in developing adequate healthcare programs for the employees. 2. Give health updates, awareness, counselling, and education on how to detect and prevent medical illnesses.D. Administrative: Oversees the functions and activities of receptionist Acts as an overseer of the messenger/s activities such as, but not limited to the following; filing of pre-employment requirements to SSS, Phil health, HDMF and BIR , bank transactions and collection.Oversees the activities of executive/ shuttle drivers and monitor performance and cost implication of company vehicle. E.Travels: Ensures that travel arrangements are made with consideration on cost, security and safety;Ensures proper implementation of travel, gasoline and per diem policies;Creates partnership with hotels, car rental providers and other travel Qualifications: Education: Graduate of Nursing course with license.Experience: At least one to two (1-2) years related work experience in the field of manufacturing environment. Preferably with background in Admin.Skills/Technical Requirements:Must be computer literateMust be highly organizedMust be creativeMust have the ability to communicate well across all levels in the organization Should possess strong self-confidence, high degree of diplomacy and interpersonal skillsResourceful, can work independently and reliable to handle and keep sensitive and/or confidential information Physical Demands/Strengths: Must be able to cope with a lot of activities and pressures. Flexible to work on longer hours, simultaneous various tasks, meeting tight deadlines when needed.
