Foreign Exchange and Money Market (FXMM) Analyst / Specialist

Overview:

The FXMM Analyst or Specialist is equivalent to Quality Analyst or Specialist role which is a newly created role within ING’s CoE (Center of Excellence(, Sourcing and Shared Services, responsible to support 1st Line of Defense Quality Control (QC), Quality Review (QR), Monitoring and Improvement (QM). It has a key role in providing quality assurance and quality control for the execution of sourcing processes and ensuring ING's sourcing compliance to various regulations.

If you are good at:

•Supporting the 1st Line of Defense Quality Control (QC), Quality Review (QR), Monitoring and Improvement (QM)

•Helping define and support quality guidance and templates and where this is not available, develop and provide this to stay in control

•Monitoring definition and implementation of the mitigating actions and improvements resulting from QC

•Performing central data cleansing activities to accelerate the data quality remediation

•Analyzing QC/QA outcomes and where required, validate completion of the mitigating actions and rework

•Supporting project management activities related to quality, maintaining forms and trackers

• Create and update reporting on quality stream for various stakeholders

•Contributing to the development and improvement of CoE procedures and methodologies in Quality Assurance

If you are:

•Result oriented with an ability to find ways of solving or pre-empting problems

•Hands-on mentality in a data-driven environment and an eye for details

•Self-starter with a good ability to work in a global team across various locations

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

If you can:

•Experience with Operational risk management, Audit (quality checks), preferably in banking industry. Worked in a relevant ING or Bank Processing unit is an advantage.

•Experience in establishing and facilitating Quality Control Governance

•Experience in building a Quality framework around Policies and Procedures

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and are able to analyze and review large number of documents/data to identify key issues and areas of improvement

•Experienced in understanding data quality and can effectively do root-cause analysis of data quality issues
