Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage Non-regular loans (Car, Housing, business loans)
- Explore partnerships with Ayala brands
- Manage marketing and processing of the loans
- Ensure compliance with credit policies
2. New businesses
- Explore new business ventures/ partnerships with Ayala brands and external institutions/brands
- Manage operations
- Supervise staff
3. Other subsidiary duties maybe assigned as needed.
Ayala Multi-Purpose Cooperative (Ayala Coop) is a cooperative owned by regular employees of the Ayala Group of Companies and its subsidiaries. It was founded on October, 1995 by 21 Ayala Group employees with an initial capitalization of P10,500.The Ayala Coop has become one of the country's biggest cooperatives in terms of membership, currently surpassing the 37,000 mark, and that is despite the periodic loss of membership owing to the sale of certain subsidiaries of the Ayala Group of Companies.
