What's the general objective of the role?

Performs a variety of accounting duties. Responsibilities include preparing the month-end process, reconciliations, and supporting AP. Ability to demonstrate strong organization, communication, and attention to detail.

What are some of the responsibilities?

Reconcile Daily activity from bank to ERP system (Core)Record all payroll activity at the end month to make sure all journal entries are recorded to correct GL accountsProcess month-end close, including preparing journal entries and account reconciliations (cash, payroll, prepaid, inventory, fixed assets, and debt)Research flux analysis during Controller reviewAP Support (PO and non-PO invoice processing, 3-way matching, expense reports, credit cards, and benefits processing)document and maintain desk procedures to facilitate effective cross-training

What are the ideal requirements?

Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferredFluent in MS Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables, etc)Experience using Accounting systems such as SAP, Arriba, OracleStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsHighly skilled in math, accounting, and financial processes
