In line with our expansion plan, we are looking for a Front Desk Officer to join our talented team to contribute to OneAston’s growth and help us maintain our position as an innovative company.
As OneAston's Front Desk Officer, you will provide administrative support to the Admin Department, as well as other departments when needed. You will welcome guests positively, maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
This position reports to the Development and Delivery Centre Director.

Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, or any related courseAt least 2-3 years’ work experience as Front Desk / Front Office Staff or Admin AssistantKnowledge in MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, office 365)Uphold a warm and amicable working environmentProfessional, enthusiastic, responsible, motivated, dedicated, detail oriented and driven perso
