Job Description

RTR Transformation Manager has an objective to achieve standardized RTR process flows ensuring cross-region process transparency and efficiency. The RTR Transformation Manager will also be responsible for providing expertise to enable electronic document flows, process automation, unlock savings by reduced workload and/or cost reduction initiatives. Additionally, ensures compliance with company policies and procedures in the tactical execution of goals and objectives.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Enables organization to harmonize and improve Project Management/Transition procedures, processes, infrastructure by the means of coordination, development and implementation of tools and the adaptation of globally provided contents into local businessMonitors achievement and reports results to the Region/Country/Functional Management, developing corrective actions where necessaryAnalyze process flows to identify biggest opportunities for process optimization and effectivenessDrive standard process implementation with Local Accounting Business Partners in the countries or lead a workstream of bigger project/program in accounting transformationAnalyze root causes of process to provide input for decisions on process changesevaluate process risk assessment to be able to plan and implement corrective actionsProvide information and training concerning implementation of new accounting processes.

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:

Work experience in SSC/BPO of R2R scope (5+ years)Experience in successful accounting process standardization on at least regional level (2+ years)Passion for continuous learning, ability to solid comprehension and fast familiarization with new and complex tasksVery good knowledge of accounting transactional processesSolid project management skills (in particular: change and implementation management, risk and issue management, tracking, reporting, stakeholder management)Good knowledge of following systems/solutions and/or its implementation will be a big advantage: SAP (FI), Blackline, Intercompany Reconciliation systems
