RTR Transformation Manager has an objective to achieve standardized RTR process flows ensuring cross-region process transparency and efficiency. The RTR Transformation Manager will also be responsible for providing expertise to enable electronic document flows, process automation, unlock savings by reduced workload and/or cost reduction initiatives. Additionally, ensures compliance with company policies and procedures in the tactical execution of goals and objectives.

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:
Work experience in SSC/BPO of R2R scope (5+ years)Experience in successful accounting process standardization on at least regio
nal level (2+ years)Passion for co
