Job Description

JOB DETAILS

Key responsibilities of this role will include:

Implement an effective Compliance framework to support FBF Lending businesses which operate under an Australian Credit Licence (ACL);Develop and update Compliance Manuals & Policies, track changes to regulation and train staff;Manage the regular audit processManage incidents, errors & breaches;Handle client complaints, external audit and regulator enquiries;Provide regulatory advice in respect to marketing campaigns and communication complianceIdentify training needs from Australian Credit Representatives under ACLFacilitate reporting in respect of the effectiveness of the Compliance framework to senior management and Boards/Committees;Provide compliance input to other Strategic Projects as/when required;Other compliance duties, advisory and administrative (across both lending and asset management).

Experience desired:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License in Finance or equivalent3-5 years of Compliance experienceStrong regulatory compliance experience including working knowledge of the Australian Corporations Act and the National Consumer Credit Protection Act, Best Interest DutiesExperience and knowledge work with Australian Credit LicenseExposure to external auditors and regulatory bodiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the businessPro-active and positive attitude with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced growth orientated environment.Have a great presentation and excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteOutstanding organizational and planning skills with the ability to multitask effectively, manage timelines and meet deadlinesHas strong attention to detailsHas the ability to seek advice and accept feedback.Has an inquisitive mind, ability to solve problems and suggest appropriate solutionsSound business acumen, highly numerate, with excellent planning & analytical capabilities

Work Location / Working shifts: Ortigas, Pasig City

Hours of Operation: Australian Business Hours

Work Set up: Hybrid (2x/wk minimum)
