RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate shall be in charge of the Administration Department, leading the team in its daily operations which include

Fixed Assets - keeping track of the location, assignees, and condition of all office furnitureMobile Phones - management of all company mobile phone accounts, including its assignees, applications, renewals, terminations, and assistance in the handling of telco issues and concernsMail – management of all company and personal mails and parcels that are received at and dispatched from the plantTravel – facilitation of all official travelsMotorpool – management of all company-owned vehicles e.g. assignees, registration, etc.Housekeeping and pest control – upkeep of the plant, including janitorial, sanitation, disinfection, grounds maintenance

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree holder from a reputable college or university; engineering degree a plus but not requiredAt least five (5) years of related work experience, at least three (3) of which in a leadership capacityHas exceptional coordination, communication, problem-solving, and task management skillsMust be a team player and has a customer-centric attitudeExperience working in a manufacturing plant a definite advantage
