Job Responsibilities:

Maintaining proper security of sensitive paperwork and conversationsManage delinquents and communications with neighborsAssist in the goal of neighbors feeling valued and cared forKeep Property Management issues extremely confidentialAssist Property Management leadership as neededAssists with administrative processes as directed.Maintains databases as assigned.Receives, prioritizes, issues and logs work order requests, receipts and daily transaction, monitors assignments to ensure work gets completed.

Job Qualifications:
