Responsible for PEZA related transactions, validating fixed asset additions and movement for all sites - actual and in the record, tracking of existing fixed assets, recording PEZA required documentation, accounting all dispositions of fixed assets, and handling other Reporting and Compliance related tasks

se and maintain assets records are accurate with all movements (purchase, transfer, disposal, etc.) are properly tagged and recorded in the FA Databa
se.Assist in annual statutory audits of FA (external, PEZA, BIR)Facilitate and process PEZA Farm In, PEZA Farm Out, PEZA Delisting, LOA Liquidations, Form requisitions, and all related compliance for assets.Perform other related duties as discussed with immediate supervisor.Your Success Profile includes:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.Resourceful, Strategic, Keen to detail with effective verbal and written communication skillsWork experience in fixed asset management, or any corporate accounting is a plusWork experience related to government compliance (SEC, LGU) especially PEZA is an advantage
