Job Summary:
Assist in the day-to-day operations of the branch. Performs receiving, compiling and monitoring of all records and documentation of Branch Operating Activities. Responsible for preparing and submitting a completed bidding documents on time and within budget. Works closely with the technical pre sales team and other departments in preparing the proposal to the bid.
Responsibilities:
Manage the revolving cash fund allotted for the branch;Provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing Teams including preparation of bidding docu
ments, among others;Receive and check stocks from the Head Office;Filing and mo
nitoring of Sales Invoices, Delivery Receipts and other docu
ments related to issuance and acceptance of stocks;Keep an updat
ed inventory of stocks in the warehouse and submit relative reports whenever required;Ensure processing of collections if deemed necessary;Assist in recruitment activities of the HR Department as defined by the HR Manager in coordination with the Branch Operations Manager;Receive and log report calls of Sales Perso
nnel in the absence of a Marketing Secretary;Timekeeping – Submit Summary of Report Calls and Daily Activity Reports of all employees covered by the branch to the HR Department as often as required by the HR Manager in coordination with the Branch Operations Manager;Ensure the general upkeep of the branch office and all company properties found therein;Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the Branch Office at all times;Organize and maintain an effective filing system and databa
se including answering official phone calls;Transmittal of docu
ments to co
ncerned offices;Be always up-to-date of the latest guidelines co
ncerning bidding and compliance requirements;Make sure that all Bidding docu
ments pass the initial and post-e
valuation of the procuring entity;Update the Sales Team of new regulations relative to government procurement;prom

Qualifications:
Must possess a Bachelor's Degree of any 4-year course, but Business Studies or Administration graduate is an advantage.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. With at least 6 mo
nths of relevant experience in the same field is an advantage. Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good interperso
