Your team responsibilitiesThe ESG Ratings Operations team members researches and rates companies on a ‘AAA’ to ‘CCC’ scale based on its exposure to industry specific ESG risks and its ability to manage those risks relative to peers. The team analyzes data sourced through internal and external data suppliers and follows a rule- based methodology to determine the rating. The companies rated are spread across the developed and emerging markets and range in size from large to small scale.

nsibility will be to review and analyze data sourced through internal & external vendors and apply a rules-ba
sed methodology to determine Ratings for companies ba
sed on its ESG performance. As a TMT sector-specialist, you will be respo
nsible for tracking and mo
nitoring developments and trends in the sector and assessing the ESG impact of those on companies in the sector. Your specific respo
nsibilities shall include:Deliver high quality ESG research for companies in our global coverage on a timely basis. Support management/training of other team members to do the same.Support implementation of quality co
ntrol measures and oversee research co
nducted by other members of the team;Co-ordinate with internal and external suppliers in enhancing the quality of the data sourcedCo

ntribute in implementing processes critical for ensuring operatio

Your skills and experience that will help you excel
At least 15+ years of experience in covering TMT (Technology Media Telecom) sector from a research perspective (e.g equity research, credit research, ratings). ESG related exposure would be an an added advantageStrong Communication skills, both oral and writtenComfortable working in a team enviro
