about the Role
Provide replenishment analysis and optimise stock holdings, included aging stock.Review the inventory ledger for accuracy.Review item pricing for margin degeneration.Review business tenders and provide support during the tendering process.Manage electricity contracts.Audit business functions and procedures for compliance.Carry out sales co
ntract reviews and ensure all obligations are carried out.Mo
nitor foreign exchange rates and ensure margin is maintained.Provide support for the internatio
nal team.Design dashboards and other reporting tools used by internal stakeholdersAd hoc reporting.
about You Have the ability to multi-task; problem solve and use initiative. Possess a genuine enthusiasm in what you do and lead by example. You will be reliable, well structured, highly organized and have a systematic approach. You posse excellent communication skills, systems knowledge and be able to deal with competing demands in a complex multi business environment to ensure all objectives are met.
Relevant tertiary qualificatio
nMinimum 3-5 years’ experience in data collection, extraction, management, analysis and reporting including all aspects of data collection project design and implementation.The ability to extract information from diverse sources, large and complex datasets, transforming and verifying raw data into user-friendly meaningful reports.High attention to detail.Demo
nstrated experience using advanced Excel and Power Bi features and techniques.Strong communication (written and verbal) and interperso
nal skills and the ability to work auto
nomously as well as within a team environment.Experience in managing and prioritizing multiple departmental requirements and deadlines.Ability to roll out new policies and procedures across the group.
