Job Description

Status: Full-time / 40 hours per week

Schedule: 6:30 AM-3:30 PM Manila Time

about the Client:

The client is a private investment firm based in Sydney that focuses on supporting technology start-ups.

Initial Responsibilities:

Managing the CRM databaseTriaging inbound investmentIdentify and connect with potential investment opportunitiesMaintain the company's method of deal flow management and CRMConduct market research to source investment opportunitiesMaintain the company database and tracking spreadsheetCreate investment documents, and financial reports and assist in investor presentationsOther Ad hoc tasks deemed necessary by the client

In the long run, selected candidates will:

Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify the best investment opportunitiesassist in the design of core processesassist the investment teams in deal-flow processes with potential portfolio companies by managing the investment pipeline

Qualifications:

College graduate (preferably related to Commerce/ Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Computer or IT related courses)Experience with the finance industry and fin tech is a plusStrong English communication skills, both verbal and digital communicationHigh attention to detail and keen ability to follow established processesCan comfortably collaborate with the teamAdept with Google Suite, especially with spreadsheet, docs and slidesExperienced in with CRM software (particularly with HubspotTech-savvy (a plus!)Experienced with finance and investments, fin-tech, deal management, market research (a plus!)
