Qualifications:

Job Description:

1.    To assist Finance Manager (FM) in handling the bookkeeping, monitoring and control of financial transactions of Residential Condominium Corp.

2.    To deal with day-to-day accounting and operational concerns and coordinate the same with operation team and counterparts (billing, collection and disbursement)

3.    Responsible for the following:

A.    Bank Reconciliation (bank vs. daily cash report vs. posted items on the accounting system – SAP)

B.    Checking of requests for disbursement – completeness and accuracy of the attachments and billing from vendors.

C.    Checking of taxes to be filed.

D.   Other tasks delegated by the Finance Manager and will act as deputy FM if FM is not around.
