Newly introduced to the Filipino market, (D7) is a patented, EPA-registered disinfectant, food contact surface sanitizer, deodorizer, and chemical cleaner. Utilizing cutting-edge developments in chemical science, D7 capitalizes on the natural cleaning power of hydrogen peroxide, penetrating and disarming toxins at a molecular level. This specialized formula penetrates and eliminates pathogenic bacteria and viruses, sanitizing down to the molecular level to prevent future outbreaks.

Responsibilities:

Sets goals and develops plans for business and revenue growthConceptualizes, formulates, and implements new target market initiativesLeads the sales team in the promotions, sales, and marketing of the productsPursues customer leads and moves them through the sales cycleConducts technical product presentations to different target market segmentsPossesses confidence dealing with stakeholders from line managers to C-levelCreates a product validation designProvides technical assistance, training, and other ancillary services to clientsBuilds long-term relationships with new and existing customersReviews, approves, and negotiates client pricing with both existing and potential customersDevelops Technical Sales Representative/s into valuable salespeople through:

o effective key account management

o sales coaching and training

Ensures consistent achievement of sales goalsCollaborates with the sales team and management team to ensure profit goals are achievedTakes ownership and manages the total department budgetMonitors competitor activities and tries to keep abreast of the industry tends and best practicesSubmits reports necessary for monitoring sales activities, project pipeline, and work deliverablesExpands market reach through product launching activities, educational seminars, exhibits, and trade showsLiaises with business partner (D7) representative to concur on business strategies, distribution model, territory management, and sales growth objectives

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Microbiology, Food Technology, Sanitary Engineering, or a similar field

o A Master’s Degree is an advantage

At least 5 years experience as a Sales ManagerSales experience in expanding client base in one or many of the target markets (food manufacturing plants, hospitals, swine and poultry farms, government agencies, property management)Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales goalsStrong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a sales teamKeen organizational expertise ensuring financial targets are achieved through effective territory management, employee performance monitoring, negotiation, and time management skillsAbility to build rapport demonstrating successful customer relationship managementStrong technical skills with the ability to provide science-based recommendations to clientsProficient in communication and presentation skillsKnowledgeable in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPointKnowledgeable in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systemDriving skills to ensure efficient territory coverage
