JOB SUMMARY
- To influence Maybank Philippines’ (MPI) non-life insurance clients to purchase motorcar and non-motorcar insurance products from Etiqa Life and General Assurance Philippines, Inc. by means of telemarketing strategies.
- To meet 70% target renewal ratio every month.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Conduct at least 50 callouts a day to Maybank Philippines’ non-life insurance clients.
2. Deliver prepared telemarketing scripts that describe renewal reminders to MPI clients and ELGAP’s general insurance products and services in order to persuade potential and/or renewing clients to purchase their non-life insurance policies with ELGAP.
3. Prepare insurance quotations such as but not limited to auto and fire quotations.
4. Send renewal notices to MPI renewing clients.
5. Explain general insurance products, insurance quotations and answer queries from the clients.
6. Update client’s information such as name, address, contact number and email address.
7. Update regularly and accurately the callout databases and ensure that all the files are free of errors.
8. Solicit renewal business from Maybank Philippines.
9. Regularly coordinate with Maybank Philippines on their non-life insurance queries.
10. Attend to regular meetings of the General Insurance Department
11. Assist in collecting premiums from the MPI clients.
12. Other tasks that may be assigned by the line managers from time to time.
