Job Description

The Business Development Manager will be the first and sole contributor to build the company's business in the Philippines. Given that, the Business Development Manager must be hands on in both market research and market penetration, with the ability to build and grow a good customer base in the local construction equipment space.

Description

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for:

Researching on Philippines market, channels, and propose business development to which includes the identification of key players, generate interest, and develop accounts to stimulate opportunities.Focusing on target market penetration, following up on marketing generated leads, event follow-up, creative campaign, and door opener outreach, and more.Prospecting, identifying, qualifying, and developing new sales channels and opportunities.Expanding existing customer relationships to achieve sales targets and develop target channels to create sales-ready meetings and opportunities.Managing end-to-end sales process, from handling of enquiries from existing and new customers to closing sales.Managing and expand sales pipelines for responsible territory.

Profile

Minimum 5 years of business development/sales experience with proven track record developing business and long-term client relationships.Minimum 5 years of experience in the truck sales industry with extensive customer network preferredBachelor's Degree in Marketing/Business or Engineering related preferredGood sales and marketing senseGood customer relationship building skillsStrong prioritisation and time management skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detail, and accuracy
