We're looking for an Associate Editor who is creative and ready to dive in and get things done!

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a team of writers who will be focused on creating the lifestyle and local community articles

• Lead the team in brainstorming sessions and create content to attract maximum customer interest.

• Writing and reviewing content for websites, social media pages, and public communications

• Assigns the article pieces to the team of writers and manages the deadlines for each assignment.

• Review submitted articles for accuracy, punctuation, grammar, and writing style

• Maintain consistency in content and ensure alignment with the brand's history and plans

Qualifications:

• Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition in making informed decisions

• Excellent writing, proofreading, and communication skills

• Gets stuff done, is resourceful and decisive – and quick to respond when called into action

• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all output

• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment

• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and assignments

• Willing to work in Alabang
