Overall Purpose:
Your role is to build relationships with clients in a wide variety of businesses to sell the company’s products. You will contact the clients, pitch and explain products for sale, negotiate the sale price and provide any requested information or answers to questions that a client might pose regarding the product. Your primary responsibility is to get the product/s into the hands of the clients.

nships by telemarketing and setting up Zoom or MS Teams meetingsEnsure customer satisfaction through technical clarification, creating and following up of quotes, keeping customers informed and updated on orders and the like.Provide after sales support.Promote the resale of more products to expand the product range.Coordinate sales effort with other departments to ensure on time and on budget meeting of customer requirements.Supply the Sales Manager with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services to make informed decisions.
Skills / Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or Science.Excellent spoken English.Good written English and reading comprehension.Excellent accuracy with typing and data entry.Excellent attention to detail.

Experience working with CRM Systems.Experience working with an Australian company.Sales experience handling medical and laboratory equipment.
