Responsible in assisting the Buyer in evaluating and implementing merchandising agreements with suppliers, and preparation of purchase order, invoices and sales report. Performs also liaison functions when necessary and ensures the updating and safekeeping of merchandising files at all times.

FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensures the updating and safekeeping of merchandising files at all times.Admin and clerical taskPrepares regular reports for submission to the Division Merchandising Manager.Gathers and coordinates reports from store operations.Monitors all communications and documents received and released by the department.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Others, Marketing, Secretarial or equivalent.Background in merchandising/retail is an advantageApplicants must be willing to work in Libis, Quezon City.OPEN FOR FRESH GRADUATES
