As a result of continued growth we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join our global team. You will play a fundamental role in providing specialist End User Computing, Desktop build/engineering, Provisioning, and Deployment capability to the team to support the business.
Enterprise Technology are responsible for providing technology services to the IQ-EQ regions including Core Infrastructure/Hosting, Network, End User Computing, and Identity. To support direction and growth, the team requires a breadth and depth of skills and experience to respond to the demands of a growing business whilst maintaining availability of our core systems
The candidate will need to possess a strong technical ability, as well as ability to work together with global and regional teams, primarily focused on End user Computing, Lifecycle Management, and Deployment technologies.
You will need to have experience working in a fast-paced environment and able to prioritise tasks that contribute to the delivery of project workstreams, BAU activities, and response to problems or issues. You will have the ability to work together with colleagues based all over the globe both within the Enterprise Technology team and across Workplace and End user support teams.
You will be tenacious and passionate, with the ability to take ownership of tasks whilst managing your time effectively, and prioritising these to meet deadlines. You will maintain excellent attention to detail and have a logical approach to solving problems under pressure and an active communicator on technical issues that affect client delivery.
