Role Overview 

The Network and Security Administrator, reporting directly to the IT manager, will work within TRG’s IT business support team and will work closely with Marketing, Admin, and Developers. You will be responsible for organization-wide cybersecurity administration. 

Role Responsibilities 

Asset Configuration Management Provides Technical Support for all employees                          Microsoft 365 Administration (Policy Administration and Roles Management) Microsoft 365 Defender Administration Incident and alerts management Threat analysis Implementation of best practices Endpoint Security Patch Management Monitoring and reporting Microsoft 365 Compliance Administration Compliance management Data classification, alerts, Policies and permissions, Reports Active Directory Domain Services Group Policy Cloud VPS (Server/Security System/Firewall administration) Domain and DNS Administration and email security standards Network Security Administration Gateway, Switches, Access Points, and SD-WAN Controller. IT documentation and Training 

Role Requirements 

This role is open for remote work, but candidate must be willing to report to the office as needed.2 years minimum related experience Experienced in Windows and Linux Operating Systems Experience in Firewall management and technologies Excellent knowledge of best practices around management, control/security, and monitoring of IT infrastructure Experience with networking management, configurations, and changes Experience with systems and network troubleshooting to identify the root cause and fixes Experience working with ticketing and asset management systems and following processes Ability to identify issues and escalation protocol where necessary Basic knowledge of any Remote monitoring tools and any mobile device management tools Network security system & endpoint protection administration  Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows Server 2018 and above  Active Directory, GPO Policy management, and Virtual Desktop Knowledge of Microsoft/Office 365 collaboration systems 

Preferred Qualifications 

Experience using Zoho One and 3cx VoIP System is a plus; if none, willing to learn Google Workspace Zoho One Cloud Services
