Job Description

The Division Sales Head for Certified Systems Integrator (CSI) will be in charge of achieving both Business-to-Business and Business-to-Government revenue, margins, and sales productivity targets across the entire country. Leading their sales team, the Division Sales Head for Certified Systems Integrator (CSI) will manage issues and shared services across all channels.

The Division Sales Head for Certified Systems Integrator (CSI) will be responsible for:

Achieving revenue, margins and sales productivity efficiency targets for Philippine's B2B & B2G marketFull P&L responsibilityCovering the whole spectrum of portfolio as relevant per the market potentialMaximising business growth via strategic planningManaging customers offer performance and partnership with customersManaging issues & shared services across all channelsDeveloping and mentoring a winning team in the Philippines - drive sales capabilities, business & commercial acumen; manages pipeline of talents; live by company values and behaviourRepresenting the country during high-level meetings internally / externally in Manila
