QA Software Tester

Duties and Responsibilities: 

Create, maintain/update and execute test scenariosPerform system, functional, regression, UI, UAT and performance/load testingAnalyze business requirements and understand the test acceptance criteriaIdentify, log, track and reporting of issues and or problem areas within softwareEnsure the software meets the functional specifications that have been definedCreate and maintain test case documentationResponsible for automated testing throughout lifecycle of software that include creation of test scripts, execution and maintenance of automation scripts.Participate in process improvementsAssist with the development of evolving test strategies and methodsPerform production issue investigation and prepares installer releaseEnsure that all issues are captured and resolved before reaching the customer’s environment.

 Qualifications and Requirements:

Candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent2-3 years of working experience in testing softwareHigh level of analytical and problem-solving skillsGood understanding of Software Testing LifecycleDemonstrate ability to multitask and perform at a high levelMust have an imaginative, creative mind on testing and investigationsMust have excellent oral and written English communication skillsQuick to adapt to new technology and work environmentMust be able to work on tight deadline with less supervision and deliver impressive resultsAutomation Testing experience using Test Complete is an advantageExperience testing ERP/Accounting software preferredKnowledge of SQL, C# and Javascript a plus
