Job Summary:
In this role, you will drive the success of the live business across agency and client direct partnerships. You will partner with Sales and Services teams to deliver customer support to a defined set of accounts with focus on building strong partnerships and ensuring your customers successfully reach their main business objectives. You will educate your customers on the Account's product suite, competitive position in the market and showcase how these products may help grow their business.
Responsibilities:
You will lead as the main point of co
ntact for servicing customers by navigating questions utilizing the Agency and industry related resources, sharing insights, and recommendations to move the business forward.Develop account strategy that will mitigate risk in revenue loss and maximize the amount of advertiser spend with the AgencyYou will partner closely with the Sales and Services team to ensure that the o
