Initiation Phase

Responsible for obtaining information on the project from different government departmentsObtaining as build information from the different government entitiesBuild up relationship with the different government entities

Planning Phase

Responsible for communicating important information to concerned parties.Responsible on getting all the permits from LGU i.e Barangay Clearance, Fence, Excavation, Building, Occupancy and other permits needed during constructionAttend Dialogue sessions with the Client, Resident Committees, Citizen Consultative Committees, City/Barangay councils and any party as directed by the Board or the ClientRecord the minutes of the meeting pertaining to the assign projectsNegotiate with the LGUPrepare stakeholders management plan for projectPrepare with communications department project information material for advising public

Execution and Monitoring Phase

Responsible for safekeeping and disseminating received documents to authorized members of the team.Conduct regular visits to resident/Tenants affected by the works to gather feedback and keep them posted of the work schedule.Deal with complaints due to noise, dirt or any other issue that comes up from stakeholdersEducate the public on the importance and the appreciation of how the project protects the community from incovinience and pollution du to traffic congestion

Close Out Phase

·       Obtain occupancy permit

·       Create lessons learned file for next project

Job Qualifications:

·       Graduate of BS Mass Communication and any related course

·       Minimum of 5 years working experience

·       Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
