Functional Overview:

              A Content Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the creation of multiple forms of content to enhance the company’s customer base. This includes but not limited to managing a team of content professionals in creating content strategies to highlight services and adhere to market trends to identify new content ideas.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Work closely with the business to create an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan in line with the business objectivesLeading a team of Content Specialists, Content Writers, Content QA Associates and overseeing content creation for the company websiteResearching and sourcing content for clients’ website

Minimum Competencies:

Good people management skillsA knack for creativityCreative marketing skillsStrong content creation and writing skillsMust be comfortable handling mature related content

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English or any relevant courseAt least 4 to 5 years of experience in content creation and managementAdvance writing and editing skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWilling to work on shifting scheduleWilling to work on-site at BGC, Taguig
