The Communication and Corporate Affairs Specialist is responsible for developing and promoting effective communication materials and processes across various departments in the organization. The job requires developing various materials for press releases, maintaining CBS intranet web page, and other communication requirements. The job requires average competency in written English useful for writing, editing and proofreading communications materials. Secondary role is the Administrative Support to Operations Director.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Identify, develop, and execute communications strategy for key internal and external contacts
2.Content tracking and reporting
3.Develop and implement guidelines on the use of social media, standard spiels, and ensure compliance to global and regional communication standards/templates.
4.Coordinate scheduling, program, and logistics for town halls, in-country
5.Administrative Support to the Operations Director and direct reports
