Reports directly to the Sales and Marketing Director of Cornersteel Systems Corporation. The Sales Manager is responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities and to provide leadership to the Account Specialists/Account Managers towards the attainment of Company annual sales target and profitability.
Job Responsibilities
Develops a business plan and sales & marketing strategies for the customer retention program and attainment of company sales target and profitability.Executes the sales and marketing strategies to improve service to customer as well as capturing new market share.Co
nducts regular meetings with clients and partners co
ncerning the status or development of his/her team’s sales order.Reviews, checks and attests accuracy of costing and completeness of entries and attachment of Bids, Proposals and Customer Order Forms and ensures that Potential Problems Notice and Preventive Actions are immediately addressed.Mo
nitors sales performance of his / her team and make appropriate action to meet sales objective and targets of the Company.Ensures that all sales orders closed by his/her team shall have complete docu
ments, have been billed and collected. Collaborates with other managers or heads to enhance quality service to clients.Attends and actively participates to the Management meeting to be presided by the Chief Operating Officer.Provides timely feedback to the Sales and Marketing Director regarding sales performance and submits Mo
nthly and Quarterly Sales Report.Provides leadership and coaching to Sales team to achieve department’s objective and sales growth. Co
nducts daily meetings prior to deployment or client meeting.Enforces, implements and strictly observes rules and policies of the company that of the clients and/or other agencies involved in marketing operation and the business of the company.Leads and directs employees under her to actively participate in management-imposed trainings, work conferences, tool box meetings, work improvement programs, quality circles, productivity and cost efficiency endeavors, housekeeping and the like.Follows/Observes Division’s Work Instructions. Ensures co
nsistent adherence to the ISO /IMS operating procedures and guidelines.Identifies, records or reports to the Sales and Marketing Director any non-co
nformances or problems relating to the projects and proposes possible solutions to close the issues.
Education: College graduate, preferably major in Marketing, Business Administration, Architecture or a Professional Interior Designer or any business related course.
Experience : With at least three (3) to five (5) years sales and marketing management experience and has gone through company trainings for basic management and product trainings. Must possess excellent negotiation/selling and presentation skills and proficient with all Microsoft window based programs
