Providing designs based on the requirements given, and to be able to view the progress from its design phase to the Materialized project. This will allow opportunities to apply what has been learned in the designing phase to support the terminal expansion initiatives in terms of the planning and design of new depots.
Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:
1. Prepares designs of new terminal conceptualizations.
2. Prepares bidding documents.
3. Analyzes Gantt charts and plans submitted by contractors.
4. Prepares preliminary cost estimates for SEAOIL depots/terminals and facilities (based on approved design).
5. Secures updated material costs from the Procurement Department and other accredited suppliers.
6. Reviews plans and drawings submitted by contractors.
7. Ensures accuracy of quantities on estimates.
8. Prepares preliminary cost estimates of proposed imaging renovation rehabilitation repairs, alterations, conversions, additions, deletions, maintenance, and demolitions for existing SEAOIL depots and bulk terminals.
9. Assists the Procurement Department in evaluating submitted bids by contractors.
10. Assists in looking for local contractors (if needed).
11. Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
Preferred Qualifications for the Role:
Graduate of a four-year course relating to Architecture, Engineering (any course but preferably Mechanical, Civil or Electrical), Industrial Design, and from reputable universities.With PRC License, CAD CertificateAt least 2-3 years of experience in design and construction, preferably from the oil/gas industry.With experience in the LPG Industry (depot/plant design or construction)
Critical Expertise and Skills:
Adept in knowledgeable in CAD design, computer aided works, sketch-up, surveying equipment, cost estimate, 3d Modelling, knowledgeable in MS Project or Primavera.Demo

Realistic Job Preview:
A day in the life of an Officer (Depot Design and Compliance) would involve:
1. Getting requests from the terminals for a certain project.
2. Travel to the site to inspect and evaluate to provide a more accurate design
3. To make the design for acceptance
4. Provide costings for the design
5. Analyze the proposals
Expectations from Candidates:
Candidates who are invited for HR screening will need to undergo and pass an online exam and/or technical exam, and accomplish HR documents, personality tests, and essay exams before proceeding to the HR interview.
Candidates who pass the HR interview would then need to submit soft copies of their available pre-employment requirements, such as the Transcript of Records, Diploma, and NBI clearance. The complete list will be provided by the recruiter.
In the event candidates are hired, they would be required to submit hard copies of all the pre-employment requirements and pass the medical exam and background check before on-boarding.
