Research and Development Officer / Technical Engineer

JOB DEscriptION:

Responsible for product research and development and for planning, implementation of new programs, policies and protocols into our company.He/She will document / oversee the entire development process of new products and programs within the organization from planning to production.He/She should also stay informed on what is happening in the research and development field at large to make sure the company is updated and current with the most advanced R&D developments.He/She will produce the company's technical data sheets, technical manual, installation guide, brochure and other relevant literature of the company's products.He/She will coordinate with the Plant Officers to ensure that all details in our manuals are correct and up to date.Report on any technical product issues that are discovered during evaluation and manage product testing and trials, assessing the materials used, the efficiency of the process and the effectiveness final product.Determine, document and execute improved technologies used by suppliers and competitors.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction or similar.At least 5 years experience in a similar role.Sound knowledge of Engineering, construction, and design.Great leadership and organizational skills.Superb project management skills.Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects.Great written and verbal communication skills.A willingness to learn.Knowledgeable on MS project, AutoCAD 2D/3D and power point presentation.
