The Interior Designer 3 is responsible for ensuring that the work undertaken by the Interior Design Team is effective and complete for successful execution and completion of projects.Oversees technical activities of teammates and progress of projects.Formulates and recommends orderly approach to effective production process and efficient quality.Coordinates/ participates meeting with client/client’s representative for approvals and other data gathering for the project.Consults with the Principals and Associates regarding design issues.Prepares concepts, schematic designs, space planning and design development drawings of projects.Facilitates the preparation of presentation drawings, mood images/concept board and other design requirements for approval.Coordinates with MEPF consultants regarding engineering design matters.Facilitate and provide design and detail input in production of construction documents. Reviews design and construction document for design continuity and facilitates quality and timely delivery of construction documents and other design submittals.Coordinates with other Consultant/Trade such as but not limited to acoustic Consultant, lighting Consultant, etc.Client presentationsRespond to shop drawings, request for information (RFI), request for approval (RFA)Conduct site visits and punch listing (number 6 of periodic task)Organizes and schedule meetings with client/client’s representative and consultant to address queries.Coordinates with suppliers furnishing the requirements of the projectsFacilitates internal meetings to update relevant concerns regarding various aspects of the projectPerforms project management.Seek new innovations to continuously improve personal skills and knowledgeRepresents the company in design presentation with client/client’s representative.Responds to supplementary requirements of the project as needed.Interacts with business correspondents to procure new and updated knowledge of relevant skills which are useful in dispensing tasks more efficiently.Conduct staff evaluation as scheduled.Oversees schedule of drawings required for production.Graduate of B.S. Interior DesignPRC License requiredAt least five (5) years of related experience acquired from working in an Architectural or Interior Design firm.Must have a working knowledge of Design.Must have good working background in CAD, and capable of preparing manual drawings.Must be familiar with Interior construction process and knowledge in engineering matters that concerns Interior construction.Must be able to communicate well in both oral and written English.Must be keen and sensitive to project details.Must be knowledgeable in various interior materials and finishes and its applicationMust be proactive and can decide in his/her own.Knowledge of REVIT is an advantage.Knowledge and experience in FF& E.
