Revit Coordinator

QUALIFICATIONS

·       Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/ College Degree in Architecture/ Interior Design or equivalent (Passed Board/ Professional License Exam is an advantage)

·       At least three (8) years working experience model and drawing production using Revit, with international luxury residential, and high-density projects, in the related field is required for this position

·       Required Skill(s): AutoCad, Revit, Navisworks, BIM Collaborate Pro

·       Must have handled BIM coordinator roles.

·       Must be keen on details and results- driven.

·       Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to meet deadlines

·       Able to work independently, multi-task, solve problems, collaborate with colleagues and other staff at all levels

·       Required knowledge of the process of design, development, and design documentation

·       Quality-driven, accurate and efficient, and works well with minimum supervision

·       Past experience with an international firm (with Hong Kong project) a plus

·       Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

·       Applicants must be willing to work at Pasong Tamo, Makati City

SCOPE OF WORK

·       Lead and train a team of junior BIM modelers and designers.

·       Plan and execute job orders according to the instructions of the supervisors.

·       Responsible to develop 2D & 3D models and produce necessary drawings using Revit & AutoCAD

·       Keep up to date with the latest software updates, AutoCAD/Revit Standards

·       Control flow of design information utilizing ISO 19650, ISO 9001, and other standards

·       Collect information on the design requirements for a project

·       Develop design schemes for Feasibility Studies, Conceptual Design and Detail Design

·       Develop design drawings including MLPs, plans, elevations and sections, graphics, concept diagrams and anything appropriate for the design

·       Develop the design to support the preparation of design development package, particularly for tender issuance or statutory submissions

·       Modify created designs on request of management or client

·       Exchange information and ideas with other building design professionals to add to their pool of knowledge

·       Adhere to company policies, regulations and standards when working with clients and colleagues
