JOB SUMMARY
Supports technical trades, of all disciplines through a variety of tasks including proposal drawings and sketches,
maintain design drawings for production, keep directory of drawings up to date and documented.
WORK ACTIVITIES
1. Understands the equations, calculations and written instructions from designers and engineers before beginning
a CAD drawing.
2. Prepares engineering drawings utilizing AutoCAD applications for such features as site plans, foundation and
plans, front, rear and side elevations, cross sections and schedules.
3. Fill in technical details using drawings, rough sketches, specifications and calculations made by the engineers
and surveyors.
4. Uses manual drawing skills for plans that cannot be computer generated.
5. Revises/modifies existing drawings based on instructions from engineers or architects.
6. Visiting sites to gather information, and determine limitations and feasibility of designs.
7. Prepare construction drawings for building permits. Comply with requirements by local villages, road and rail
authorities.
8. Maintain physical and electronic drawing files, and coordinate document distribution to other components.

10. Assist estimation and costing engineers in the estimation and calculation of the bill of quantities.
11. Assist the surveying team in the visits to the project site.
CONTEXT
The CAD operator spends the majority of time working out the plans for an accurate drawing and use of construction
personnel with timely manner. The work day is spent most of the time at the office. Physical demands are require due
to once in a while site visits. Work schedule are 6 days a week, 8 hours a day, specific time is depending when needed
in project site. Weekend or holiday work is required and overtime occurs. Psychological stress is usually low but
becomes moderate when dealing with unmet accomplishment.

COMPETENCIES
Upon hire, the site engineer must:
1. Bachelor's degree in BS Architecture
2. Intermediate to expert in AutoCAD/CAD software
3.Her in preference.
4. At least 6 months to 1-year experience in the same position and worked with same industry
(construction/consultancy) goal-oriented and can easily adapt to a fast pace environment.
5. Ability to cope with conflicting demands, prioritize duties and deliver work under pressure and tight deadlines.
6. With high standards of professionalism in terms of quality towards work and attitude towards work.
