Selects providers that will address identified gaps .Develops and recommends approval of curriculum per function and position.Creates Annual Training Plan.Manages the implementation of the Training Effectiveness System.Develops follow through programs to ensure trainee's application of learning on the job.Manages approved training budget for the year.Recommends staff for enrollment to external training for perso
nal and professio
nal development.Counsels and coaches direct reports for proper execution of their deliverables.Facilitates positive and professio
nal relations among members of the team.Creates the performance plans of direct reports and reviews their performance periodically.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Business Studies/Administration/Management or Education.At least three (3) years of job related experience in handling training administration, facilitation, coordination and e
valuation is required for the position.Candidate must be creative and detailed in doing presentation materials.Candidate must possess excellent communication and interperso
nal skills; relates well with people of different levels.
