Primary Responsibilities:
Assessment
· Support the CAT Center and ensure maintenance of the operating standards and protocols at all locations
· Screen candidates for eligibility for businesses and language training programs based on competency level
· Create and complete basic reports/ assessment log on all completed assessments
· Support Talent Acquisition hiring initiatives (off site hiring, one day hiring events, university hiring events)
Content Development
· Create supplementary assessment materials depending on business need
· Create new training content using various learning platforms
· Proofread content before release/ pilot
· Perform training needs analysis
· Present analysis findings and training design to Training Delivery owners
Training and Facilitation

Reports and Calibration
· Create weekly and monthly CAT dashboard and reports
· Create CAT and BLAST Calibration reports
· Lead BLAST calibration sessions with TA team

Required Qualifications:
College graduate2+ years of work experience (language assessor, ESL, teaching)
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Humanities, Mass Communicatio
