Bachelor’s degree graduate in Civil EngineeringMust be Professional Licensed in Civil EngineeringWith experience in construction quality controlStrong leadership skills, excellent organization, and planning skillsGood communication skillsProficient in computer operationEnsures the quality of materialsInspects all stages of construction to ensure that specified requirements are complied.Conducts final inspection after finishing touches. Prepares a documented inspection plan, addressing all stages of inspection and getting it approved by the proper authority so that inspection is objective.Taking timely decisions for Rejections /holds due to poor quality so that losses to the company are minimum.Make an improvement plan for upgrading quality continually to catch up with the best.Keep watch and report all issues that can affect quality including skill of workmen, condition of construction equipment, external factors if any etc.
