Train, develop, and coach corporate and branch-based employees for them to effectively execute their objectives, activities, and processes for a profitable business growth ofPersonal CollectionWork with other Leadership & Management Team in evaluating periodically the training materials, program support, and its implementation of recognized standard level to ensure that employees will continue to strengthen their execution to obtain confidence in building further business with Personal Collection
