At least 6 yrs. of proven experience in cost estimation and quantity take off gained within a general construction contracting company of AAA or AAAA categoryAt least 4 yrs. of meaningful field construction experienceBS Civil Engineering graduate, MSc graduate preferredQuantity surveying knowledge, conversant with the usual commercial terms of general construction contractsIn depth knowledge in costing preliminaries and indirect costs.  Well experience in applying overheads and margins towards a competitive bid priceKnowledge in subcontract work packaging and scoping for the optimization of contract cost and work deliveryStrong communication and technical presentation skills-
